NEW DEADLINE: MARCH 18th

URGENT ACTION ALERT:
SECOND UPDATE: Agency extends deadline for letters about SLC to March 18th -- click here

A key New York State agency, the Division of Coastal Resources, has extended its deadline for written comments on St. Lawrence Cement's vast, coal-fired proposal to March 18th.

This agency could singlehandedly stop the plant -- or, give the proposal renewed momentum. A ruling is likely within 1-3 months after the end of the comment period.

The voice of every Hudson Valley resident who supports clean, sustainable business -- but opposes SLC's pollution and blight -- needs to be heard right now.
Please write a personal, heartfelt letter today to the agency, telling them why you oppose SLC. Click HERE for addresses and other actions to take right away.

For more info about this agency and the project, please explore the links at left, or contact us by phone (518.822.0334) or email (click HERE).
